A clear and well researched rules set covering an interesting period of Naval history. Plays reasonably quickly, but with a lot of 'period flavour'. I've trid a couple of the scenarios, and enjoyed them. I would recommend this rules set if you are interested in mid-ninetenth century naval warfare.

I also bought the supplament for the European navies, and they look great. For the price, I don't think you could do better.
